Postnatal Support

This is purely on a request basis, I will be there when you need me. The first couple of weeks can be chaotic and an emotional challenge. It is your decision when my support would end but generally it's about 2-3 weeks after the birth for 2-3 days a week.

During this time I can offer:
- Help with feeding (breastfeeding or bottle feeding)
- Help you settle at home with your baby
- Help with newborn care so mother can rest
- Help with gentle exercising (strengthening tummy muscles, good for back and hip support)
- Help with household chores (shopping, cooking, light cleaning)
- Help with older siblings
