About

I’m originally from the Czech Republic and now live in East Lothian with my husband and two boys. I enjoy spending time with my family in the outdoors which includes running, yoga, walking and socialising with friends. My connection with nature and the outdoors is hugely beneficial both physically and mentally to me and my family.

My passion for people and for their life stories brought me on my career path to be a counsellor. I studied Transactional Analyses Therapy in Edinburgh and completed my diploma in 2011. During and after my studies I carried out volunteer work for Low Cost Counselling and Postnatal Depression Services in Edinburgh.

My Passion

After my own experience with pregnancy and labour, I made a decision to become a birthing companion (doula). Since 2016 I am fully trained Doula and I support any kind of birth and I make sure that you and baby are priority.

I learn through my work experience, books and the birth stories, how important is the connection with the body and mind. I encourage women to listen to their bodies, wake up their inner wisdom and support them on their unique journey into the Womanhood, Motherhood or through the Menopause.

I am offering a combination of my counselling skills and doula experience to provide the best mental, physical and emotional support for women which leads to an enjoyable and successful transition.

I love bringing the nature into my work as it is hugely beneficial both physically and mentally. I feel passionate about the Walk and Talk Counselling sessions which can be “spiced up” with sea dip, art or Reiki.
